The Bible says, Be angry [at sin—at immorality, at injustice, at ungodly behavior], yet do not sin; do not let your anger [cause you shame, nor allow it to] last until the sun goes down. Ephesians 4:26 When you use your anger to justify your sin or the sins of others, you are giving yourself, mind; body; and soul over to the enemy! You are allowing his lies and whispers against this person and that person to cloud your judgment to the point you can permanently ruin your life. Even partaking on the sidelines is still partaking in every aspect to God. For what you think, you are! Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he [in behavior—one who manipulates]. He says to you, “Eat and drink,” Yet his heart is not with you [but it is begrudging the cost]. When you encourage others to take up causes fueled by anger, you are inviting them to hand themselves over to the enemy as well. We MUST know where the boundary line is, and we Must seek God in all matters that happen in our personal world and around the globe. If we cannot or will not trust God with our Full Faith to hear our prayers and respond completely, then where have we really placed our hope in? Ourselves? The Government? Our Friends or Family? There are RIGHT ways and WRONG ways to handle problems. One gives you the perfect resolution within God's plans, and the other will kill, steal, and destroy from every aspect of our lives. You have full choice and decisions to make each and every day. Do not walk around blind to the cause and effect that thoughts, words, and actions play in our lives in every moment. Keeping your pot on simmer only gives you a quicker reaction time to blow into a volcano. Think about all of the areas you harbor anger, and Go to Jesus to Turn Away from these Destructive Behaviors. If you ignore what is festering, you may just find you lose your cool at the wrong time and place, and there will be no going back from that point. How many times have we blown up over an issue that internally we are not that upset about, but we were really angry about another issue entirely? God gives us plenty of tools to combat and manage our inner conflicts that will surely impact our outer world. You can use what you possess for Good or Evil. Who is Winning in your life? Proverbs 4:23-27 23 Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life. 24 Put away from you a deceitful (lying, misleading) mouth, And put devious lips far from you. 25 Let your eyes look directly ahead [toward the path of moral courage] And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you [toward the path of integrity]. 26 Consider well and watch carefully the path of your feet, And all your ways will be steadfast and sure. 27 Do not turn away to the right nor to the left [where evil may lurk]; Turn your foot from [the path of] evil.
