Understanding The Times & Seasons For Effective Prayer
I waited until after the election to give this teaching. By now, many are wondering why some prophets were wrong about the election results. I plan to shed some light upon that in detail. So those that complain about how long my teachings are, buckle up because this is vitally important in every area of your walk with God.
I fully believe, and can use scripture to prove, that God does indeed want all of His people involved in Governmental flow and laws. You have no right under God’s order to sit out elections or not be involved. We are called to Occupy and not look to twist scripture to say, “we are just waiting to leave.” Be careful! God does deal with the lazy servant. You are not called to sit back with your surrender flag to the enemy of your soul. You are to get on the Battle Field. To say that God will not give you the Victory is just a lie the enemy wants you to believe. You cannot sit out the Battles God calls us to and expect to receive the rewards of those that did answer the call. You are here for such a time as this. Each one of you holds a vital part that God expects to be completed by you. We are not called to do each other’s assignments.
Throughout time, people have struggled to understand what Seer Prophets see, until after the event happened or started to unfold at least. Do not make choices based on another person’s interpretation of symbolic imagery in the Bible that is used as a “yet to happen” event. Symbolic is not literal. The Prophetic flows from a SEE IN PART AND KNOW IN PART. Not having all of the facts as God knows, may lead to you to do things that He never called you to do. Whether they are right or wrong, continue doing what God personally created you to fulfill while on Earth. The enemy wants you DISTRACTED so that you lose your POWER and AUTHORITY. If you are not regularly using your Power and Authority, just like a muscle it will become weaker and weaker, until you no longer have faith in what you once could do.
There are THREE main Voices over the Earth Realm; God, the enemy, and people. Many think God said it, but it was the enemy or themselves that was truly the source. There are key ways to know if you are in the Flow and Frequency of God’s Voice, and how to know that you definitely are not. Someone who is still learning how to use their gifts will find this harder to discern. However, I have witnessed even seasoned and mature leaders get into the wrong flow without realizing the difference. I personally take everything I release extremely seriously before the Lord, as He takes it that seriously for His vessels. I remain ever aware of the enemy looking for gateways in my life. Getting comfortable is what leads to falling asleep at the walls in your life.
So why were some wrong lately? Put Simply: Some Prophecies are Conditional. God does give us free-will and choices over the Earth Realm. The enemy has an attack response to every word released throughout history. People do God’s will, the enemy’s, or their own.
Jesus’ prophecy
Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said to them, "Truly I say to you, that you who have followed Me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on His glorious throne, you also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
This never happened and never will happen! Why? Judas was one of the twelve. He chose to betray Jesus instead of being a part of this mission from God, and then killed himself.
Does this make Jesus a False Prophet? No, of course not. This prophetic word was a NOW word, which means at that moment in time, Judas was not planning to betray Jesus. Also, the prophetic word speaks to your highest potential in and through God. The prophetic word is a glimpse into how God sees you. You have to accept the word and rise up higher to become what the word is for your life. This is part of the Potter’s Wheel. He makes us into the vessel that we need to be to reach our highest call and destiny. We are always in the BECOMING of what God is doing with us. This is not saying that His word is returning void. The judging of the twelve tribes did not cease to be truth, but what changed is who sits upon the thrones.
I did not release any political prophecies, so you didn’t miss a post. There are things that God shows that are just for me to do Intercession for and not publicly release. The first thing that God said to me when the election results were coming in was to “not look at how it looks and think it is wrong." Just because a blue seat is there does not mean they will not vote in alignment with God when it counts. We need to not think a blue will always vote against God’s desires. God is bringing balance, and He has no side but Truth. Hearts can be right even if they sit in a blue or red seat. What God showed me last night was leaders in handcuffs being taken away. I do not know who they are or for what or what party affiliation. Just as Judas had a choice to be with God or against God, people voting have the same power. We sow into the Kingdom or against the Kingdom just as the people serving in offices do.
What Spirit are you?
Luke 9: 49-56
49 John replied, “Master, we saw someone driving out demons in Your name; and we tried to stop him because he does not follow along with us.” 50 But Jesus told him, “Do not stop him; for he who is not against you is for you.” 51 Now when the time was approaching for Him to be taken up [to heaven], He was determined to go to Jerusalem [to fulfill His purpose]. 52 He sent messengers on ahead of Him, and they went into a Samaritan village to make arrangements for Him; 53 but the people would not welcome Him, because He was traveling toward Jerusalem. 54 When His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and destroy them?” 55 But He turned and rebuked them [and He said, “You do not know what kind of spirit you are; 56 for the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them.”] And they journeyed on to another village.
We see here that the disciples were going off of how things used to be when one rejected God or His servants. BUT Jesus said NO! God does still judge in this generation, but we are not to call it down, wish for it, or get excited about God having to deal with any form of wrong done. If someone is speaking Judgment publicly, you must discern if God is indeed behind those words. Taking the Lord’s Name in Vain is not cursing. It is saying God is going to do something that He has not said He is going to do. That is what God warned the Prophets dealing with the prophets of Baal. We are not to be like them. We are to Speak only what God says with no added words or interpretation from our own thoughts. Yes, we can change God’s mind. Scripture is full of examples where someone repented or pleaded with God, and He changed His mind. But in those cases, God did speak His initial intentions regardless.
Jesus died a horrific death for the people here today on this Earth. He maintains the right to spare them the justice that they deserve. He holds the exclusive rights to delay punishment, even on Earth, giving them time to repent. We have a Vitally Important Role to bring the Lost in. God is preparing the hearts even when we fail to notice. We are not in the days of Noah. The World is still needing to be shown the way, and people all over the world come into the Kingdom every single minute. If we care about the sacrifice of Christ, we will allow Him to do a new work on every person here today.
I am going to challenge you to walk away from those that attack the Bride. The enemy is the accuser of the Bride, and he is looking to use your mouth to be toxic against them. This spirit is UGLY, NASTY, and is a LYING spirit. If you fall under its influence, you will be bound in chains and unable to hear God in your life. If God really has a problem with a leader, He will send a chosen vessel(s) to privately give them a word of correction from the Lord. If they reject that messenger, then God will deal with the judgment of that leader. Those that gossip openly about leaders, even throwing meme after meme up in their social media feed, are just pawns of the enemy to twist and divide the bride. Let God be God.
God is not going to send you to the feet of every leader for you to learn from. He will also change the people of influence over your life, from season to season. Do not be so quick to judge, from the soul, if a leader has fallen or not. Nowhere that I can find in the Bible was a perfect vessel. To use David as an example, God did withhold the temple being built under David, but He did not remove him from power due to his sins. Peter failed more than once, but was shown mercy. Let God be God. You may not always know how God dealt with an issue in another person. It is not for you to know unless they want to share. God is not blind or deaf. Silence from God should be noted louder than anything else. It is time to be silent and listen to His voice of “I am well pleased!” If you want to hear God better, do not form your own opinion about the situation first. God will not shout over our limited opinions.
The Spirit of Today
Luke 8: 26-39 26 Then they sailed to the country of the Gerasenes, which is east of Galilee. 27 Now when Jesus stepped out on land, He was met by a man from the city [of Gerasa] who was possessed with demons. For a long time he had worn no clothes, and was not living in a house, but among the tombs. 28 Seeing Jesus, he cried out [with a terrible voice from the depths of his throat] and fell down before Him [in dread and terror], and shouted loudly, “What business do we have [in common] with each other, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg You, do not torment me [before the appointed time of judgment]!” 29 Now He was [already] commanding the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For it had seized him [violently] many times; and he was kept under guard and bound with chains and shackles, but he would break the bonds and be driven by the demon into the desert. 30 Then Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” And he answered, “Legion”; because many demons had entered him. 31 They continually begged Him not to command them to go into the abyss. 32 Now a large herd of pigs was feeding there on the mountain. The demons begged Jesus to allow them to enter the pigs, and He gave them permission. 33 Then the demons came out of the man and entered the pigs; and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and was drowned.
34 When the herdsmen saw what had happened, they ran away and told it in the city and out in the country. 35 And people came out to see what had happened. They came to Jesus, and found the man from whom the demons had gone out, sitting at Jesus’ feet, clothed and in his right mind (mentally healthy); and they were frightened. 36 Those who had seen it told them how the man who had been demon-possessed had been healed. 37 Then all the people of the country of the Gerasenes and the surrounding district asked Him to leave them, because they were overwhelmed with fear. So Jesus got into the boat and returned [to the west side of the Sea of Galilee]. 38 But the man from whom the demons had gone out kept begging Him, pleading to go with Him; but Jesus sent him away, saying, 39 “Return home and tell [about] all the great things God has done for you.” So the man went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him.
I want to give you the perspective of how this applies to our world today. The Tombs represent anything we are still dwelling in from the past; dead things, regrets, lost and stolen dreams, promises yet to be fulfilled, unhealed wounds. As we continue to live there, we go into bondage from the enemy. We are unable to see our way out of the negative darkness into the Light of Jesus, to Rescue, Restore, and Redeem all that was in the past. We are not allowing His Resurrection Power to work in our lives.
Jesus delivered this man, but we see something odd from the people. They asked Jesus to leave, NOW! I want you to notice this important point. When God drives out the demonic and principalities from a region, the PEOPLE around the center of the source will still be under the influence of the darkness. They were so used to the oppression in that region that even when it was gone, they still responded as if they were still infected. They still chose to stay in alignment with the enemy’s spirit. Notice what Jesus said, “Return home and tell [about] all the great things God has done for you.” So the man went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him. This is a key point. As the man continues to share his testimony, the people’s “trance’ from the enemy would wear off. We have a duty to keep speaking the truth of how God delivers each one of us because it has the Power to break through to those still under the influence of darkness. People are HUNGRY for TRUTH, and despite falling for the lies, some will eventually hear God as we continue to press in.
Around the world, this spirit is trying to grab ahold of you and everyone else. I want you to notice how quickly your reactions change when you read certain types of posts on social media, and what wells up inside of you that wants to respond to the point of conflict with these people, mostly strangers. Now go and delete all of your rash comments, and watch how quickly that spirit leaves you. We have a choice to open gateways into our lives or not. Pay close attention to the negative thoughts and decisions you make on a whim throughout the day.
If you walk into my house, you would be hard pressed to find a TV, even harder pressed to find one that is on. There is not much on TV that does not have the potential to open the wrong gateway. Being desensitized to the enemy’s choice gateways is a fool’s game hoping to not get burned. No, I am not religious minded about it, as I know even seeing something immoral will not make me unclean. It is a choice to guard that gateway more strictly than others will do. I am not looking to stumble, and I know where it all can lead for any believer. I have said before that I do not listen to secular music not because it is all evil, but because in me, I can feel the spirit of rebellion rise up far too often. I just choose to not go there. It is far easier to fully avoid for me personally. I am not called to fit into the world. I am not called to look like the world. Far too many Christians are falling into popular world trends thinking that it is all good. Some regrets you can’t just quickly undo or ignore. Be mindful of what you do just because the worldly king says that it is ok. God is raising up a new breed of people who are like Daniel, who will reject the ways of the earthly kingdoms to live as God would desire in heart, mind, body, and soul. It does all matter.
How to Pray
Trust that God is exposing and removing the demonic influences as you pray for the Land to be Restored. Understand that it is the Hearts, Minds, Eyes, and Ears that are still under the influence of what Jesus drove out. Pray into that. Sow into the Light and Resurrection in people’s lives. Pray that they no longer stare at the tombs of yesterday’s but see the Love of God before them. Pray for yourself to not be under the influence and look for the snares the enemy sets all around you. Be diligent for your Lord Savior and take choices seriously because it does indeed matter how we live and what we do. Sow into the fertile ground of those on the frontlines, and called to be Forerunners for the times and seasons we are in.
